Every engagement starts with a Clarity Call. It's a focused 60-minute conversation that gives us both a clear picture of where you are, what you're trying to figure out, and whether working together makes sense.
From there, some clients have everything they need. Others move into a deeper Strategy Intensive with a personalized written roadmap, or ongoing Advisory support. Every path is different. And that's exactly the point.
Clarity Call: The Starting Point
A focused 60-minute conversation to cut through the noise and get an honest read on your situation.
We'll look at where you stand across six factors that shape these decisions: financial reality, visa eligibility, lifestyle goals, timeline, healthcare, and family context. I'll listen, ask the questions you may not have known to ask yourself, and give you my candid assessment of what's realistic. And what isn't.
This is a diagnostic conversation, not a written roadmap. The goal is to tell you whether moving abroad makes sense for you, which countries are likely to fit your situation and worth your research time, and what your right next step is. Sometimes that's a deeper engagement with me. Sometimes it's specific homework on your own. And sometimes the most honest answer is that this isn't the right move for you right now. In which case I'll tell you that, too.
Within 24 hours of our call, you'll receive a written summary of what we covered, my read on your situation, and your recommended next steps.

A two-part working engagement that builds directly on your Clarity Call. Across two 60-minute video sessions (held five to seven days apart), we go deep on your specific situation: country fit, visa pathways, financial sustainability, lifestyle priorities, and your personal readiness to make the move.
Between sessions, you complete focused homework that surfaces the kind of insight an interview alone can't reach. I review your Clarity Call notes and your between-session work and arrive at our second session with a working hypothesis to test together.
Within five business days of our second session, you receive a personalized written roadmap including your top country recommendations, realistic visa pathways, and a clear path for the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
This is not a generic guide. It is built entirely around your circumstances.

The Advisory Retainer is available following a Clarity Call or a Strategy Intensive. Whether you've done a quick discovery conversation or a full roadmap deep-dive, this is the next step when you're ready to move from planning to doing.
You get ongoing access to my expertise as you work through the complexity of making your move happen: visa applications, housing decisions, healthcare planning, banking logistics, and every unexpected question that comes up along the way.
We meet twice a month for 60 minutes each session. Between calls, I'm available for follow-up research, email support, and next-step guidance. Each engagement is capped at eight hours of my time per month so you always know what to expect.
